Return Policy

Returns Time Frame
From January 1st to November 10th returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unmodified products in original packaging.
From Nov 15th to December 15st returns are accepted for unused, unmodified products in original packaging if the return is requested prior to January 14th.
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return. Custom or special-order items may be non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
- Fill out the Contact US Form with your order number and reason for return.
- If eligible, you’ll receive return instructions via email within 48 hours.
- Ship the item back to the address in the instructions using a trackable shipping method.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping charges, if applicable).
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective merchandise if returned outside of the allowed time frame stated above.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
